I am located in Bryan, TX. I have been breeding and showing French Lop rabbits for the past 5 years. I emphasize type, health and personality. I handle my bunnies before they even open their eyes. I feel this is very important because they are much easier to handle when they are full grown if they get alot of attention when they are young. An unruly adult French Lop can be a handful since they grow to be 12-15 pounds on average.
I love the breed and enjoy sharing them with others. They are very laid back and make wonderful pets. French Lops come in a rainbow of colors but the most common are chestnut, steel, chinchilla and black. More exotic colors such as blue, chocolate, and fawn can be found. No matter what color they have alot of personality and I have enjoyed my 5 years raising them.
I have a few grand champions in my herd and some of my rabbits have done very well nationally. I have alot of chinchilla and black in my herd. I recently had my first litter of torts and I am working on good show line in that color.
